  • Mark Coulter

    Mark is a co-founder of Temple & Webster and has been involved as an advisor to the Group since its inception.

    Previously Mark worked at News Limited where he was Director of Strategy for the Digital Media properties, and managed a portfolio of businesses including Moshtix, the digital ticketing company. Mark was also a solicitor at Gilbert + Tobin and management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

    Kate is a communications strategist with two decades of experience. Currently VP, Brand + Communications at Culture Amp, Kate is responsible for growing brand awareness and oversees a global communications approach. Prior to joining Culture Amp, Kate co-founded and was the managing director of Character + Distinction, a communications and public relations agency working with premium technology and lifestyle brands.

    Prior to starting Character + Distinction, Kate was the Head of Corporate Communications for a listed industrial company based in Zurich. Following an early career in London and Zurich, Kate now lives with her husband and two daughters in Melbourne.

    Before launching RangeMe, Nicky worked as a Marketing Executive at Kellogg’s, Uncle Toby’s, Goodman Fielder, Pepsico and Jim Beam.

  • Jane Martino

    Jane has built multiple organisations to successful exit across the media, martech, fintech and digital health sectors.

    Martino’s experience includes founding and exiting Undertow Media, and digital platform Shout which was acquired by ANZ Bank in 2015. She was also Director at Melbourne Football Club from 2015-2020.

    Martino is also an investor and advisor to high profile start-ups and was an early stage investor and advisor at Unlockd, eventually leading the business as CEO.

    Jane is Chair and Co-founder of the globally recognised health tech platform Smiling Mind, that delivers online Mindfulness Meditation programs to young people.

    Most recently she has been appointed Portfolio Advisor to the Commonwealth Bank's x15 ventures, assisting the country's largest bank with its digital innovation strategy via venture development, investment and acquisition.

    Julie is a seasoned retailer and entrepreneur having worked at some of the world’s largest retailers and 8 years ago started Flora & Fauna, Australia’s largest eco store. She is a leader driven by purpose and values and thrives on building brands, and creating change through better business.

    In 2021 Julie sold Flora & Fauna to BWX and exited the business in Feb 2022.

    Julie is well respected in the industry . She was named Number 1 in the 2021 and 2019 "Top 50 People in Australian eCommerce" and Industry Person of the Year in 2022 for the Online Retail Industry Awards and for the Retail Global Awards. Julie sits on the board of the National Retail Association.

    Tobi is the Co-Founder and former CEO of Sweat, a mobile and web content subscription app in the health and fitness industry. As CEO, Pearce leveraged deep knowledge in business strategy, marketing and technology to build a community of more than 50 million women in more than 155 countries, and after having bootstrapped the company for 5 years, led the team to a 9 figure exit.

    Since his exit from Sweat, Tobi has been working with his other co-founded organisation within the licensing industry, having already guided the company through two successful fundraising rounds and now preparing for international growth. Alongside this work, he plays a key role to many founders in an advisory and mentoring capacity for a variety of different businesses industries including property, mining, legal, tech, retail and ecommerce.
